Christmas Party near Touhy

When I arrived, everybody was busy with food. By the time I was set up, they were ready—and eager!—to be drawn. The host and many of the guests were in the police force or had gone through military training. But here they were super casual and relaxed. And they had a robust sense of humor—who knew! I thoroughly enjoyed these people. Thank you, Brazilio and Mary, for your kind hospitality and for asking me to work in color!
