I did this caricature from photos earlier in the fall. The photos were easy to find because Mr. Zell is rather famous: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Zell. As “a force of a nature,” he has many projects on his desk, among them a teaching position at Northwestern. One of his students wanted to give him a gift: a caricature of himself, looking energetic on his motorcycle. Definitely, a face a caricaturist can work with. I believe the caricature was presented along with a box of chocolates, a diplomatic combination, to be sure.
